DJ Yousef confirmed this week that he'll definitely be touring Australia this January, at his fifth attempt to tour the Southern continent.

The popular Liverpool house jock is booked to play a series of high profile dates across the country and is likely to bring a distinctive Northern flavour to his sets, at least judging by comments he made to Skrufff in a recent interview.

"It seems to me that clubbing in London isn't much fun," said Yousef.

It's not that people don't listen to the music, but they do seem absorbed in the fashion aspect of clubbing or who's looking at them. London's full of music business people who hop from one venue to the other without paying much attention to what's going on around them, or listening to the music or getting into the vibe," he complained.

Yousef kicks off his trip with two massive 20,000 capacity gigs in both Sydney and Melbourne, starting at Sydney's Januaary 1st Field Day event and finishing at Melbourne's Summadayze on the same day.
