On Friday, September 12th, Tune in to downshiftradio to listen to a special DJ Bookings Online presentation featuring the sounds of DJ Creator.

"It all began in 92 when I attended the largest storm rave in Maspeth Queens", The Creator explains in an interview with DJ Bookings Online. "The music and atmosphere of this single party was the catalyst of my inspiration and marks the starting point of my growing career." His curiosity drove him to attend various events on the east coast. He began to fall in love with the music and ultimately the people of this new culture.

Encouraged by his new love, the Creator accompanied by Dave the Rave and DJ Grim formulated Park Rave Crew and began holding outlaw parties at parks to glorify house and techno music. Through these events, enough money was raised to purchase the first pair of turntables.

While still projecting outlaws, the Creator made his way to become resident DJ at a prominent club in Long Island called Club Caffeine. In accordance with the Creator, Micro, Frankie Bones, Dave Trance, That Kid Chris and James Christian were amongst the DJ's featured at the notorious Caffeine Club.

Dedicated to the music, The Creator and the newly conceived Park Rave Crew presented their first warehouse jam called "Electric". The night included up and coming DJ's such as D.B.X., Detroit Native, Josh Wink, Scott Henry and Lenny Dee. The Creator reported that the space was "the grimiest ever seen, a true underground party". Electric marks a new beginning to launching future events.

The Creator continued to coordinate underground warehouse parties while still pursuing his DJ career. During this time, he extended his locations to underground parties exceeding the east coast boundaries. Utilizing his talent, The Creator was able to quickly gain large scale popularity amongst his fans.

His parties began to elevate and transform.
It was now time to move on to the next level, the "Fantasia" series. In 1995, the Creator and his crew began the first of these massive events, Fantasia I.

The buzz in the scene was that fantasia was going to be one of the largest parties held on the east coast and that is exactly what it became. There were five thousand strong in attendance and twelve hours long of non-stop dancing.

After Fantasia's first phase, The Creator and his crew continued their mission. With huge success, they presented Sonic Boom in May of 95' and shortly after Circus that June. Only a few months later, in the month of September, came a night that would stand out in the minds of many party attendees- Electric Circus. The event took place in the heart of NYC at the world's most famous arena, Madison Square Garden.

Expanding their vocation, The Creator and company exploded onto the west coast. During their stay, they produced four events: One Voice, Willow I, Willow II, and Corrosive. Still remaining true to his roots, Chris continued to bring in his own talent, spreading it across the globe. Artists such as Frankie Bones, Adam X, Joey Beltram, Jethrox, T-1000 and Nigel Richards performed at these events in LA.

Large scale creation was Fantasia II. Taking place in Downing Stadium, this massive event featured talent from around the world such as Terry Mullan, Electric Indigo and DJ Rush. It was and still is the largest event to take place on the northeast bringing in 10,000 people from coast to coast. It came to mark a turning point in the history of techno music.

Maintaining their popularity, the Creator went on to hold many other events including United Colors of Techno March 97' (Miami Beach, FL), Fantasia III Aug 97', (South Jersey Expo Center), New Years Maddness Jan 98' (South Jersey Expo Center, NJ), Electric 3 Jan 98' (Queens, NY), Fantasia IV Sept 98' (Queens, NY), Stomp Oct 98' (NY) and Sonic Boom 2 (NY).
