Clock-Watching With Moby & Flavour Flav

Public Enemy hip hop icon Flavor Flav shed light on why he always wears a kitchen clock round his neck this week, telling Australian magazine Onion, 'time waits for nobody.'

"The clock defines that time is the most important element that we have in our life and we can't afford to waste it," he explained.

"Each minute the second hand goes round, we gotta' use each second to our best value. Time waits for nobody."

Fellow New York celebrity Moby also turned his attention to time keeping this week, though admitted he remains unimpressed by extravagant timepieces.

"You can get a fantastic watch for $20 that will keep time and probably do some other cool things like keep track of the population of egrets or monitor your metabolic rate," he pointed out on his website journal at Moby.com.
