A Minnesota restaurant worker has been charged after allegedly putting marijuana in a policeman's taco. Officer Joe Spark was preparing to eat a taco from Taco John's in Little Canada when he noticed a green substance. He said it "looked and smelled like marijuana." The Pioneer Press reports Roseville police tested the taco and confirmed the presence of marijuana.
