Australia's least favourite electronic artist by far, Honeysmack, has teamed up with the rocking Spiderbait and redone that group's 'Bo Bo' track for inclusion on Spiderbait's forthcoming single release. Due sometime this month, Honeysmack has turned the once electro-bluesy track into a rocking drum 'n' bass workout that defies further description, so we'll stop right there!

In exchange, Spiderbait have done what any mate would do and have returned the favour. So look out for Spiderbait covering one of Honeysmack's dynamic electronic numbers on his next single release, due to follow up the success currently being achieved with his 'Give Me Liberty' track.

The 'Give Me Liberty' single - a collision of beats, synths, scratches and heavy guitars that incorporates elements of Devo's classic electronic moment, 'Freedom Of Choice' - has been receiving airplay on radio right around the country. Meanwhile, the video clip - written and directed by Philip Brophy, the man, who amongst other things, was behind the cult classic feature film 'Body Melt' - has been screened on video shows all around the place, including 'Video Hits'.

Following Honeysmack's performance at Two Tribes, you can catch him playing live in a special show at Melbourne's Revolver on Easter Weekend. Put Bad Friday 29th March in your diaries for Midnight Mass with the Reverend Honeysmack. Besides rocking the crowd with his trademark electronica as he showcases tracks from the forthcoming album titled 'Rock', Honeysmack will also be delivering a special Easter sermon from the pulpit.
