British authorities are rumoured to be considering introducing a new category of drug dealer for suppliers who sort out their mates, according to a report in this week's Standard. According to the paper, next week's imminent announcement of reclassifying cannabis from class B to Class C will be accompanied by some genuinely radical changes including the new legal definition called "Social Supply".

The reasoning is "so that young people who buy a few ecstasy tablets to share with friends are not prosecuted as if they were professional drug dealers." Under the present laws, significant numbers of individuals have been jailed when caught with less than ten pills.

Despite the Standard's predictions, however, Prime Minister Tony Blair baldy replied "No", when asked if he'd even consider decriminalising drugs(including cannabis) on BBC TV show Newsnight this week.
