Prince Charles is building a private London nightclub just off Piccadilly so Prince William and his notorious younger brother Prince Harry can "party" in private. Courtiers have already named the venue Club C, the News of the World revealed this week, in tribute to Club H, the previous establishment "where the young prince (Harry) and his pals ran wild with underage drinking and pot-smoking".

Intriguingly, Club C looks like being kind of operation targeted in the States by the anti ecstasy R.A.V.E. act, due to Prince Harry's continuing links with drug taking Toffs. Harry was recently spotted mingling with cocaine users at the Beaufort Polo Club, six months after he owned up to abusing marijuana, so if anyone was caught using drugs at the new venue, Prince Charles could be liable for a 20 year sentence.

The new club is located at Clarence House, Green Park (just off the Mall) and is currently being fitted with a sound system and bar.
