Prince Harry Should Have Been Arrested Says Sir Rudolph Giuliani

Pot smoking teenage delinquent Prince Harry could be on the road to becoming a murderer, according to former New York Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik, who accompanied Rudolph Giuliani to London this week, to see the Mayor being knighted.

"It is not a victimless crime, it leads to other bigger, more violent crimes. Anyone should be arrested for the use of marijuana," Mr Kerik urged (ananova).

Sir Rudolph, who was ironically knighted by Harry's Grandmother Queen Elizabeth 11, agreed, saying, "Marijuana caused a lot of the violence we had. I would encourage the police to arrest as many of them (British cannabis users) as possible."
