Marco Carola Launches London Weekly Techno Club

Italian three deck wizard Marco Carola is launching a brand new Thursday night techno party at Propaganda on Wardour Street, kicking off on September 5 with guest DJs Mark Broom and Terry Mitchell. Carola's new club System will be opening just over 5 weeks after long running Thursday night techno event Ultimate Bass closed down, when their venue The Velvet Rooms shut down. Ultimate Bass are understood to be seeking a new venue to set up in, which could see the two nights going head to head.

"I find that London has everything: professionalism, lifestyle, nightlife, easy language, it's varied, buzzing, and so on," Carola told Skrufff earlier this year.

"It's not easy for anybody to move to a different country, so I was looking for a place that would offer me all I needed to keep my plans going: I've found it here in London."
