Layo Wacks Bush & Blair's War Talk

DJ and producer Layo slammed George Bush and Tony Blair over their escalating war talk, and suggested ulterior motives are behind their planned attack on Iraq.

"There's so much that goes on in the world politically, that's absolutely terrible- we only get involved generally if money's involved, we don't tend to get involved unless there are vested interests in a country," said Layo. "It's not all about protecting the world."

Layo, who co-owns London night club The End when he's not partnering Bushwacka, admitted he's deeply concerned about the consequences of any attack.

"Yes, maybe Saddam Hussein is a bad guy, and yes, maybe there are some things that need to be curtailed with him but I don't think going in there with all guns blazing is the right course," he said.

"All that's going to do is create more potential terrorism, more extremism and it's going to help countries where extremist views already exist. It's going to help them because it's going to make America seem like an evil country which should be bombed."
