Propaganda, the home of new weekly techno club System is one of London's "coolest" venues, according to new research carried out by marketing agency 'The Cool Hunters'. The Thursday night event co-run by Marco Carola has been packed since opening 6 weeks ago, though is unlikely to attract staff from style magazine Dazed & Confused, according to an article in the Standard.

"It's no coincidence that the word 'cool' is so often preceded by the word 'effortless', there is no other kind" sniffed Confused editor Callum McGeoch, on the validity of the report.

"If you have to try then you've already failed."

Upcoming guest DJs include Steve Rachmad (October 24) and Billy Nasty (October 31) who'll be spinning to an unpretentious, friendly and cosmopolitan crowd, almost certainly trying to have a good time.
