Jazz FM's Hed Kandi have announced they'll be committing to a monthly residency at Pacha London, after months of uncertainty as they tried to find a home. Mark Doyle's hugely popular radio show/ CD series/ club night brand staged their first event at the Victoria venue in November drawing 1,500 revellers plus 3,000 more locked outside. The brand will be taking over the Victoria based venue on the last Saturday of each month, kicking off 2003 on January 25.

"We're not dark and sweaty or cool and credible, Kandi nights are a full on party," said HK chief Mark Doyle.

"The main room at Pacha provides a spectacular space to party in, while the back room allows us to show a deeper darker side of Kandi. The door staff are also amazing and the actual day to day organisation of the venue allows us to really plan and produce our parties rather than turning up, with a few DJ's and playing some records," he added.
