Heartless Crew Double Shooting Prompts Garage Ban

2 members of staff at Reading nightclub The Matrix were shot and wounded last week following trouble at a concert involving UK garage outfit the Heartless Crew. The incident came just one day after British authorities had called for clubs to introduce metal detectors at their door urging them to install £12,000 airport style "search arches"."The Matrix is the latest victim of the violence associated with the garage scene," club owner Maurice Webb told 7 Magazine.
"There will never be another garage event at the Matrix."
