Halo Leaves Hipp-E to Complete Australian Tour

Brain Vargo aka Halo has pulled out of his H Foundation tour with Hipp-E in Australia and returned to the States, citing "unforseen and very personal circumstances."

"This is a very unfortunate predicament for me, but is one which is out of anybody's control," he said in a statement.

"As I absolutely love Australia, I would like to offer my sincerest apologies to fans and promoters alike and promise to make up for my absence on return to these shores in the near future."

Halo added that he's given Hipp-E all his favourite tunes including unreleased material. The duo's upcoming compilation ("Australia mixed by H-Foundation") will also be unaffected by his absence, coming out on EQ Recordings in October.
