Gatecrasher Return To Ibiza As Copyright Problems Are Resolved

Gatecrasher have confirmed they'll be returning to Ibiza this season after winning a legal battle against Spanish promoters who tried to use their trademark. According to a statement released by Gatecrasher's London press agents, some of the leading UK brands have been plagued by copyright infringements in Ibiza for years, which has now been resolved in court.

"This is a common practice amongst similar local entertainment operations on the island of Ibiza," said Gatecrasher chief Simon Raines.

"This is a great victory for the British Clubbing Industry, and we now look forward to our operations in Ibiza, Tenerife and Spain this summer."
