Garbage Singer Stalls Future Groove

PRs for hotly tipped London duo West London Deep have slammed Garbage singer Shirley Manson after the indie princess changed her mind about allowing them to sample her voice.

"The track features a distinctive sample from indie band Garbage, which was originally cleared in plenty of time for a July release," said Alchemy. "That was until one temperamental Shirley Manson had a slightly schizophrenic change of heart."

West London Deep are understood to be reworking the vocal with plans to release the track later this year via Mute's new imprint Future Groove.
