Future Entertainment sure making it some kinda summer

The forecast for the Christmas/New Year period is that it's going to be hotter than ever as Australia's foremost dance music event producers, Future Entertainment, bring you three sizzling Summer events.

The Melbourne New Year's Eve institution that is the "Welcome" series of parties returns with Future Entertainment and Hardware presenting Welcome 2003 at Melbourne Park on Tuesday 31st December. Running from 9pm to 7am, featured on the bill will be internationals Timo Maas, Sister Bliss( Faithless), Nick Sentience, Space DJz and CJ Bolland in a special live set, along with Melbourne's best DJ's .

The day after, Summadayze is set to shine again on New Year's Day at Melbourne's Sidney Myer Music Bowl. After four years of sell-out crowds, the world-renowned Summadayze event is this country's largest and most highly anticipated dance festival, and for that reason it's no surprise that one of the world's biggest dance acts, Basement Jaxx (Dj set) , They'll be joined across multiple stages by The Freestylers, DJ Misha, Graham Gold, GT, Rogue Traders and many more local acts, all set within the sublime environment of Melbourne's natural amphitheatre, with its vast green, grassy mounds and tree-covered areas.

Then, for the first time in history, Summadayze will be hitting the road, taking the sun and fun to the Gold Coast on Saturday 4th January for SummaFieldDayze, presented in conjunction with Sydney's Field Day event. The Harbour City's Summadayze equivalent, Field Day is produced by the Fuzzy crew and is Sydney's largest party of the year. With the combined forces of Future and Fuzzy, SummaFieldDayze is set to explode in a flurry of sights and sounds from 2pm on the Gold Coast, within the amazing setting of the Doug Jennings Park on The Spit with its blue sea and golden sandy surrounds. Just as it was for Two Tribes, the location will be fully transformed to create the festival atmosphere that is always part of Summadayze and Field Day events.

The mind-blowing bill for SummaFieldDayze caters to fans of all genres, with Basement Jaxx (Dj Set), plus Timo Maas, Sister Bliss (Faithless), Plump DJ's, Krafty Kuts, LTJ Bukem & MC Conrad, Skratch Perverts, Felix Da House Cat and Soul Of Man set to play, with more to be announced.
