Fischerspooner Pull UK Tour Dates

Electroclash scenesters Fischerspooner have postponed their UK tour after signing a worldwide deal with EMI. The New York duo will instead by carrying out promotional duties (interviews presumably) to promote their current album #1. The dates will now happen in Spring 2003, Fischerspooner's UK press agent confirmed.

"Warren and Casey wish to apologize to all fans who have bought tickets already but assure everyone that tickets will be honoured at the Spring 2003 shows," they said.

Forthcoming single 'The 15th" (a cover of the Wire classic) has also now been put back to 2003. While regular fans will have to wait until the new year, 200 of the world's leading art figures (at least those friends with George Lindemann) will be able to catch them live in December, at a private show at the art collector's Miami mansion.
