English Prince Escapes Drugs Charges

Toff teenage delinquent Prince Harry is being let off by British cops for his "self confessed illegal drink and cannabis sessions" the Standard reported this week.

The news is likely to disappoint Sir Rudolph Giuliani who recently suggested Britain's crime problems could be solved by arresting all pot smokers.

The 17 year old prince, however, is likely to remain under close media scrutiny particularly around the Jubilee festivities in June, since his birthday isn't until September 15. Britain's legal drinking age is 18 years old, so if he's spotted drinking alcohol, he could face renewed legal trouble.
