Precious Human Birth - A Tibetan Buddhist Teaching with Geshe Sonam Thargye
Buddhism teaches us to appreciate the immense potential of human birth. Commonly termed as the 'precious human birth', it explains that human beings are gifted with a high level of intelligence and opportunity and when utilised properly, the human mind can be developed infinitely in virtue and goodness. Geshe Sonam will be directing this teaching towards the youth of Melbourne and addressing relevant issues for them.

Peace, Empowerment & the Violet Flame with Premi Mereki
This workshop will introduce methods that are available to humanity at this particular time, which assist the expansion of consciousness and bring release from negative behavioural patterns, opening the way for ownership of our potential. Involves group singing and dance.
