Cream is proud to announce the first of a series of major events planned for 2002, the year the original Superclub celebrates its 10th anniversary.

Cream X 10 - a collection of multi-media activity and events - launches at Blackpool's Empress Ballroom on Saturday March 30th.

This spectacular Easter event is the first of a series of major large-scale UK shows this year, to celebrate Cream being 10 years young which culminates in a huge party weekend at Nation, Liverpool in October.

In keeping with its dance history, it seems only right that Cream should take clubbing back to the UK's original dancefloor. The Empress Ballroom is the jewel in the world famous Blackpool Wintergarden's crown. The venue with its spectacular ceiling, complete with frescos and gilded plaster creates a breathtaking environment for this unique club-event.

Headlining this unique clubbing experience are DJ's; SEB FONTAINE, JUDGE JULES, TIESTO, TALL PAUL and TIM LENNOX . Room Two is co-hosted by Lancashire club, Feel, and includes ALLISTER WHITEHEAD, TOM WAINWRIGHT, PHAT PHIL COOPER, DA MENTALISTZ and RICHARD NAPIER.

· Booking Info: Tickets are available in advance at £23 plus booking fee from Cream Tickets on 0870 2427326 and Ticketmaster 0870 9020001. A limited number of tickets are available for the special price of £20, until March 8th only from the above ticket outlets.

· Blackpool's Empress Ballroom has played host to a number of legendary concerts; THE STONE ROSES performed probably their most famous gig in this unique venue in 1989. At the height of 'baggydom', this gig was recorded for the best-selling video release BLACKPOOL LIVE. Other notable live shows have included more recently LEFTFIELD, & BJORK.
