'The Workout' is Carl's first project for React and reflects his originality as a DJ and producer. . In his words, "I hope when you press play you will feel a complete sense of elation. I carefully picked music that is part of my regular set list as well as songs that I feel are interesting... I wanted to make sure that this compact disc would be unique so I included special mixes and edits that have not been available until now as well as music which is due for release around the time of or after the release of this project."
