Cannabis Cold Turkey Symptoms Similar to Tobacco

Long term daily cannabis smokers who attempt to stop smoking face the same withdrawal symptoms as tobacco smokers, according to a report on the International Herald Tribune.

According to Alan Budney, associate professor at the University of Vermont, typical withdrawal effects include "craving, decreased appetite, sleep difficulty, weight loss, aggression, anger, irritability, restlessness and strange dreams."
