Bottom Baring Brits Officially Recognised

Mooning, the increasingly popular custom of dropping your pants and waving your bum (bottom) in the air, has been officially recognised as a British cultural phenomenon, according to a report in this week's Independent.

So many Brit holidaymakers have adopted the habit that Foreign Office officials recently issued official advice, warning, "indecent behaviour, including mooning", will not be tolerated by local cops."

"Which other nationality has had to be warned by its government that baring your bum in public is not an integral part of the foreign holiday experience-" said The Independent's Joan Smith.
