New Judge Jules Compilation

Judge Jules' new compilation Clubbed Volume 1, featuring 2 tracks from London acid techno stalwarts Julian Liberator and DA.V.E. The Drummer, "completely represents" Jules' personal tastes, he said this week as the compilation arrived in British shops. Jules also selected British techno producer Ben Sim's new track 'Manipulated' (featuring a Yeke Yeke sample) as one of his picks of the month in Mix Mag, suggesting UK techno is seriously about to crossover. "Hardfloor's (acid) remix of 'Yeke Yeke' was a massive record about five or six years ago, but there haven't been many records like it since then" said Jules. "I sometimes slow this down when I play it. I must be changing - I never thought I'd see the day when I would slow records down.". .
