Australia's most successful pop band since INXS, Madison Avenue are to split up by the end of the year after singer Cheyne Coates admitted her relationship with production partner Andy Van was "sometimes very strained". "Andy and I drive each other mad, we always have, that's our relationship," Cheyne told the Sydney Morning Herald, adding that her next project is likely to be a novel about the clubbing. "I want to explore the dark, edgy side of the underground scene. After 12 years inside the club scene, I've certainly got some interesting stories to tell.". .http://www.madisonave.com.au
