KISS FM fails to recieve Community Broadcast License

The Australian Broadcasting Authority has decided to allocate four new community radio licences to serve Melbourne. The three Melbourne-wide licences will be allocated to Student Youth Network Incorporated (SYN FM), Triple Seven Communications Incorporated (Triple Seven) and The South Eastern Indigenous Media Association Incorporated (SEIMA). The Melbourne City licence will be allocated to Joy Melbourne Incorporated (JOY).A Sad Day for Melbourne's Dance Community
