A curious new record company condition appears on the promo copy of Par-T-One's new single I'm So Crazy, which could have dire implications for the future of 2nd hand record shops, many of whom rely on promo copies for profit. 'This promotional record has been released by EMI Records on the express condition that ownership and title remains vested in EMI," the warning begins. 'Which may require delivery up of this record at any time.' Whether they'll be asking DJs at some point to return their beloved Vengaboys and Alice Dee Jay remixes, remains unclear.http://www.credence.co.uk
