Timo Maas - Resident @ Cream

Cream have recruited Timo Maas as their new resident DJ for 2001, which looks certain to consolidate Maas's status as an Oakenfold/ Paul Van Dyk level, superstar DJ. Maas will be joining Seb Fontaine (now in his third year as Cream's resident) and will also be taking Guy Ornadel's place as Cream's Ibizan resident for 2001. Maas' recruitment reflects "a shift in Cream's music policy towards a more progressive sound for 2001," a statement from the club read. The Liverpool based organisation have also just announced that they're opening a bat/restaurant in Uruguay's top holiday destination Punta Del Esta (also the name of the club). Resident DJ there will be Hernan Cattaneo. http://www.cream.co.uk
