METAMORPHOSIS: visions of Melbourne

Melbourne has for the past nine years been responsible for nurturing some of Australia's finest
production companies and electronic music/visual events. With an ever expanding zest to go beyond
all barriers, this city has created a perfect environment for many producers, dj's, animators, installation
artists, internet event encoders and live broadcastors, as well as recording studios and labels to flourish
and prosper. With record breaking numbers of attendance at parties, international acclaim with some of
our finest producers, dj's and artists, and the desire to blaze our own trail; Melbourne would undoubtedly
have to be the capitol of Australia's electronic culture at the moment. Upon closer inspection, I managed
to dig up the dirt and go beneath the surface to explore some of Melbourne's true underground movements...
