Xzibit Calls Rove 'Racist'

I find it hard to think of a more credible source than a rapper, especially when that rapper feels the need to post a blog about it on his Myspace page. Anyone using Myspace must be 'legit', yo.
Here's a bit of a laugh (thanks to Savij Tung for pointing out our lack of proofreading). I'd have to sit here for a week to note every error, so here's a [sic] that covers the lot of the following blog post:
"Tonight the shit was wack going to the tv station. The gopher of the show came to me with some idea of a "rap off" with a lounge singer named micheal booblay. but they wanted me to use "FAMILY VALUES" as the track to rhyme over. BULLSHIT from the jump!
"I tried to meet them halfway by letting them know my songs are not to be butchered and I didnt feel like that was a good representation for the music I love and create. "lets do something else" long story short we get it all worked out and then the gopher comes back and says " we only have 42 seconds for the entire thing, our demographics on our show wont allow 1minute of rapping..." then she says some shit. 'you know we came a long way just having you on the program..' I got up and thanked her for the time and wonderful hospitality and went out the front door hopped in my shit and rolled out. keep it G people. FUCK THAT DUMB SHIT. I got real work to do. peace."
Real work obviously includes posting on Myspace. We should also factor in the idea that Xzibit is tireless in his efforts in hiring a car modification company to pimp other peoples' rides. He really just looks like he is standing in the way and taking the credit for shit he wouldn't have a clue about.
But he has real shit to do, including the promotion of albums that are only massive in one country (and they're not even that massive in the US).
In fact, it's fair to say that if any Rove staff should be fired, it's the marketer who thought it'd be cool to have such an unintelligent person on the show in the first place. More than anything, it's assumed that he probably wouldn't have been able to merge his sound with Michael Buble... too 'on the fly'.
The best part of that blog post is that he was nice and everything to the people at Rove, but as soon as he leaves, he rips the shit out of the team. Yeah... that's real, kids.
Just like every other bloody 'hard' hip-hopper out there. Tags
