Over the next two months I'll be embarking on the first 2 legs of my 2005 world tour I'm really pleased to announce that I will be doing a couple of live video & audio streaming events from his USA tour so if you wanna join in the experience then just log onto www.mattdarey.com for more info. I will also be performing an exclusive set for LA's biggest dance FM and internet dance station Element Radio to celebrate the album launch party & his new residency at Hollywood's Avalon night club Www. elementradio.com. This will be the first of many visits to Tinsel Town since my last visit when played for Gods Kitchen on NYE.
The second album is to be released in Australia & NZ with Christopher Lawrence where I will be be club hopping from Brisbane to Sydney and Perth to New Zealand. My Sydney launch party will be recorded and ready for upload to dpdj.co.uk for those who wanna sample a bit of my live performances onto there ipods. I will be making a quick stop in the UK to play his residencies at London at Knowwhere and Trance Generation as well as other UK dates with Gatecrasher, Passion and the Gallery. I will also be stopping over in Ibiza to play a couple of sets after returning from his tours in August & September. The implications of this event are huge and clearly groundbreaking changing the way that dance music will be sold in the years to come.
AudioJelly is the legal music download store created by Ricky Simmonds, Steve Jones and Tony Rapacioli - best known in dance music for their several projects that include Lustral, Praha, The Space Brothers, Kansai, Chakra, Force Majeure, Ascension, Lamai, Oxygen and Quadraphonic. Since going live with the site last July, Audio Jelly has become Europe's leading dance music store for downloads with their reputation recently being sealed when they were nominated for the award for Best Dance Music Retailer at this year's Winter Music Conference IDMA.
Now we all know that in the past there have been many live audio sets on several sites on the web available, but this is the first of its kind to combine a visual and audio experience direct from the club with the pioneering ability to purchase the music being heard all at once.
